International or intercontinental transports may also depend on customs, landing permissions, overflight permits, and country-specific clearances.

When possible, submit booking requests as far in advance as practical. Shorter timelines can still be reviewed, but aircraft, flight crew, medical team, routing, weather, documentation, applicable permits, and payment completion or credit-card preauthorization may affect scheduling options, especially for long-range international or intercontinental transports.
