About Air Medical Transport

Air Medical Transport is a global Transportation Management Organization focused exclusively on fixed-wing air ambulance transport management.

Founded by a flight paramedic with more than 20 years of experience in prehospital medicine, air ambulance transport, and international medical logistics, Air Medical Transport brings practical, patient-centered judgment to the planning of complex air ambulance transports.

Our leadership brings direct experience supporting international fixed-wing air ambulance transports across five continents, including transatlantic and intercontinental cases involving varied regulatory and clinical environments. Air Medical Transport provides complete bed-to-bed fixed-wing air ambulance transport management.

Our Flight Coordinator Specialists manage each transport through selected FAA Part 135 and/or EASA-certified fixed-wing air ambulance operators. They serve as a single point of contact from the first call through arrival coordination, helping families and care teams understand each step without having to manage every logistical detail alone.

Air Medical Transport does not own or operate aircraft and does not provide clinical treatment authority. The patient's physicians guide clinical decisions. Our team uses the information provided to review fixed-wing air ambulance options, planning requirements, and clear next steps.

Our Purpose

When a patient requires fixed-wing air ambulance transport, decisions need to be timely, informed, and realistic. Our purpose is to simplify that path by bringing structure, direction, and professional guidance to each stage of the transport process.

We use closed-loop communication to help keep key information confirmed, documented, and shared with the appropriate parties. This supports clearer coordination among hospitals, case managers, international patient liaisons, families, and selected transport providers during time-sensitive medical transport decisions. Why Clinicians and Families Trust Us

Our experience with complex fixed-wing air ambulance transports has given us a practical understanding of the clinical, logistical, regulatory, and human factors behind each case.

Trust is built through clear communication, realistic expectations, and steady follow-through. Our work reflects:

  • Founder-led judgment grounded in more than 20 years of experience in prehospital medicine, air ambulance transport, and international medical logistics
  • Real-world flight paramedic experience caring for ICU-level patients during domestic and international fixed-wing air ambulance transports, now applied to transport planning and coordination
  • Clear options grounded in patient condition, physician guidance, aircraft suitability, routing, and operational feasibility
  • Consistent communication with sending facilities, receiving facilities, families, and authorized representatives
  • Continuous transport monitoring from planning through arrival coordination
  • Structured workflows that help identify planning issues earlier and support informed decision-making

This experience helps us anticipate common transport challenges, organize communication, and guide each case with calm, deliberate attention.

Global Reach

Air Medical Transport supports fixed-wing air ambulance transports:

  • Within the United States

Through selected fixed-wing air ambulance operators, we review routing, airport suitability, origin and destination transfer planning, documentation, and destination requirements for each case. International transports may also require planning for customs, landing permissions, overflight permits, fuel stops, and country-specific requirements.

  • Compassion: We communicate with care because families and care teams are often making difficult decisions under pressure.
